Startup_Watcher is an INIT ( System-Extension ), which shows you the most recent Access Date and Time for your machine. This version of Startup_Watcher is a DEMO, and it will expire after a short time.
This INIT should work on every Macintosh model running under System 7.0 and up. Shutdown_Watcher does NOT do any trap-patching; instead, it uses the "ShutDownInstall" procedure, so that it should have no INIT conflicts.
The only error message you might get would be "OpenResFile failed !!!". And even this will occur only if you attempt to do a startup with the INIT, then immediately after the boot process attempt to remove Startup_Watcher. That is to say, this is not *really* an error message, telling you as it does nothing more than that you have removed the INIT from its accustomed location in the Extensions Folder.
Startup_Watcher is my first INIT; it took me three weeks to develop. Should you detect
any error(s), please fire off an e-mail my way, providing the complete error description; the System version you were running under at the time; the model of the Mac on which you detected the error; and the error message itself.
